Promotion Terms

A. General rules

All offers in Promotions are optional and credited in Canadian dollars (CAD). We keep bonus funds apart from your cash balance, and they can be withdrawn only once their wagering requirement is met. These Promotion Terms apply together with our General Terms, and the details published with each offer are part of them. Please play within your means and make use of the tools on our Responsible Play page.

B. Expiry

The deposit bonus must be wagered within 30 days of being credited. When that period ends, any remaining bonus money and the winnings it produced are removed. Spins and Golden Chips carry the deadline stated in their own offer details.

C. Maximum stake during a bonus

Until the wagering on a deposit bonus is complete, each round is limited to 10% of the bonus amount, on eligible slots only. Winnings from rounds above this limit are void.

D. Bonus abuse and voiding

We void bonuses and related winnings where we find:

using several accounts to claim a single offer;
staking patterns designed to meet wagering without genuine risk, for example betting on opposite outcomes;
breaches of the maximum stake or play on excluded games;
false personal details or use of another person's payment method.

Serious cases may also lead to account closure under our General Terms.

E. The current welcome offer

Up to C$600 plus 80 Spins Welcome Package. Choose one package only:

Casino: up to C$600 plus 80 spins.
Live Casino: up to C$200 plus 10 × C$5 Golden Chips.

The deposit bonus carries 30x wagering within 30 days, with a maximum bet per round of 10% of the bonus on eligible slots. In some provinces, including Ontario, rules on advertising mean incentives are shown only after you register and log in. In Alberta, bonuses are not publicly advertised.

F. Opting in

No bonus is ever added unless you choose it. Pick your package when making a qualifying deposit, or switch it on from your account. To play with cash only, just leave the offer unclaimed.

G. A single bonus at once

Only one bonus may be active on an account at a time. You can claim another offer once the current bonus is fully wagered, expires or is forfeited.

H. Who can take part

Verified members in Canada aged 19 or older may join Promotions wherever local law permits. Every offer is limited to one claim per person. Members under a self-exclusion or cooling-off period that is still in effect are not eligible.

I. Maximum conversion

Some offers cap the bonus money that can be turned into withdrawable cash, and in that case the cap is stated in the offer details. Once wagering is complete, anything above the cap is removed.

J. Wagering and game types

To clear the deposit bonus, your total stakes must reach 30 times the bonus amount within 30 days.

Eligible slots: count toward wagering. The list is limited and shown in the offer details.
Other slots: do not count unless the offer says otherwise.
Table games and Live Casino: do not count toward the deposit bonus. Golden Chips are used in Live Casino under their own offer details.

K. Changes

We may amend or withdraw a promotion where the law, a supplier or misuse requires it. Changes do not reduce a bonus you claimed before the change took effect. Questions go to help@kelownacasino.app.
