Cookie Notice

A. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser so it can recognize your device when you return. Kelowna Casino also uses related technologies such as pixels and local storage, and this notice calls all of them cookies. Some cookies are deleted when your session ends; others stay in place until their expiry date or until you delete them.

B. Analytics cookies

These cookies count visits, show which Lobby pages and games are most popular and identify pages that load slowly. We assess the results in aggregate to improve the site. We set them only if you give consent.

C. Functional cookies

These store preferences such as your language, your display settings and your recently played games, so the site is tailored to you on every visit. Without them, those settings revert to their defaults.

D. Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies keep you logged in, secure your session, support geolocation and verification checks and enable payments to be processed. The site cannot function without them, which is why they stay switched on at all times and need no consent.

E. Marketing cookies

These cookies help us measure campaign performance and display relevant Kelowna Casino offers on other websites, where local rules allow. We set them only with your agreement, and never for members who have self-excluded or are on a cooling-off break.

F. Managing or switching them off

You can control cookies in two ways:

• use the cookie banner and the cookie settings link at the foot of each page to accept or decline analytics, functional and marketing cookies;
• block or delete cookies through the settings of your browser;
• withdraw consent at any time, with effect from that moment.

If you block strictly necessary cookies, you will not be able to log in or make payments.

G. Third-party cookies

Some cookies come from partners, including game suppliers, payment processors, analytics services and advertisers. Each partner applies its own privacy policy, and we choose partners whose data practices align with our Personal Data Policy.

H. Changes

We update this notice whenever cookies are added or retired, or when the legal requirements change. The current version is always posted on this page. Please email any questions to help@kelownacasino.app.
